What is a graduate programme?

On our Graduate Leadership programme, you'll learn at pace and gain exposure to senior leaders and a variety of projects and teams. You'll get everything you need to be a future leader at our bank, all whilst working towards a relevant professional qualification. We'll give you the tools to help build and develop your career into one of our banking leaders!

As well as our fantastic reward and benefits, you'll also receive a starting salary of £29,500 per annum.

Degree Apprenticeship

What is a Degree Apprenticeship?

Our Degree Apprenticeships are designed for ambitious people who want to earn while you learn. You'll be working on real projects that make a real impact while gaining a fully-funded university degree, meaning no student debt to pay back! Programme lengths range from three to six years depending on role. You don't need years of experience - just potential, drive and a passion for learning.

You'll be hybrid, working from our Manchester City Centre office where required, and receive a salary of £24,500 pro rata.

Industrial Placement programme

What is an industrial placement programme?

Our Industrial placement programmes are your chance to showcase your thinking and skills, to help you develop and potentially be invited to a graduate programme. You'll spend a year getting vital experience working on some of our biggest projects. They're designed to help you explore your different interests and the different opportunities available and also receive a salary of £24,500 per annum.
