Customer Service Officer
Salary: £18,200 - £19,500 (pro-rata)
Hours: 21 hours per week (7 hours on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday and 4 hours 2 Saturdays per month (with time given back in lieu during the week)

So as a Customer Service Officer, you are a person that:
