Application Support Analyst (SWIFT or KONDOR)

*       A fantastic opportunity has become available as an Application Support Analyst to work with our Treasury Payment Systems. You will provide application support for all Treasury front and back office systems to meet business operational requirements and to deliver project and build activity.

*       You will have the opportunity to be part of new project initiatives, playing a key role in the implementation of opportunities for service improvements.

*       You will learn from and support Senior Analysts in the team, whilst providing input into the feasibility of new initiatives and system changes, highlighting associated benefits and key risks. You will have the opportunity to liaise with suppliers and business partners to ensure effective and rapid resolution of technical issues.

What would we like you to have? 

 

*       Specific knowledge of Swift Alliance and/or Kondor 2nd/3rd line support

*       Software Development Lifecycle experience

*       Build testing against operational requirements

*       Familiarity with ITIL concepts of incident, problem and change management

*       Experience of dealing with business customers in an IT service delivery environment

*       Technical and functional knowledge of some of the following systems:

 

*       SWIFT Alliance & Gateway

*       Swift Webaccess services eg. RTGS/Enquiry Link

*       Safewatch

*       Paymentsafe

*       Easyway

*       Crest

*       Kondor+

*       Refinitiv real time feeds

*       Bloomberg

*       Unix knowledge

*       Database development skills, particularly SQL or Sybase

*       Incident management experience

*       Problem solving skills

*       Familiarity with call logging systems
