2022 is an exciting time to join the Co-operative Bank and a highly successful team that has the investment to meet the needs of our customers. We are currently hiring Systems Analysts/ Technical Analysts/API Analysts across our bank to work on a number of new exciting transformation projects across both Business and Retail Banking.

 

You will have the opportunity to lead on new innovative projects, focusing on the transformation of our digital channels within either Business Banking platforms (mobile, online banking, digital servicing) or our Payment/Treasury Systems within Retail Banking.

Your role will be to delivering on IT systems requirements, process mapping activity, user case designs and identifying/building solutions to system challenges. You will work closely with architects/developers to ensure projects deliver on requirements. This role will involve strong stakeholder engagement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with both business and project stakeholders to help them to understand the business requirements and regulatory needs.

What will you need? 

A good understanding of API

Excellent knowledge of Data Mapping and System Integration

Experience working within an IT function, with knowledge of both application development and infrastructure delivery.

Experience performing System Analyst role within a project environment

Experienced in leading the capture and the documentation of functional & non-functional Requirements for a technical solution.

Leading the analysis and the documentation of system and data configuration within a technical solution.

An understanding of formal project delivery methodologies (eg Prince 2).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at levels up to and including Function Leader level.

Ability to work as a key member of a team and also independently where required.

The ability to continually develop innovative solutions to the System Analyst deliverables.

Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
