Switching and Set Up Advisor - SME Customer Operations 

Location: Manchester - Hybrid working 

Grade: DR1

Contract: 35 hours – Permanent

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm

Role purpose:

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your career within the Bank. In this role you will undertake a number of processing tasks including but not limited to: Account Closures, Account Switching, completing Online banking service requests, completion of customer and internal requests

If you have experience dealing with our current customer base as well as back office and business knowledge we want to hear from you.

 

Key accountabilities:

 

*       Carry out team responsibilities and tasks aligned with scorecard objectives, performance standards and agreed service levels

*       Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and continuous development

*       Maintain a strong customer focus, prioritising high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction

*       Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support team goals and shared success

*       Take ownership of workload, managing and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results

 

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

 

*       Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with resilience and focus

*       Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities

*       Clear written communication skills

*       Familiarity with EG systems and mainframe (desirable)

*       Previous experience in a back office or business support role

*       Proven track record of working towards and achieving performance targets

*       Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt effectively in a fast paced environment.
