Hours: 14 hours (7 hours on a Monday and a Friday and 4 hours every other Saturday morning) 

Grade: DR2

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 pro-rata

So as a Personal Banker what part would you play in this?

 

  • You will demonstrate a high level of meeting customer needs through excellent service & also demonstrate a proven track record of this in previous roles.
  • You will work to processes within a banking environment and strive to do thing right thing for our customers every time.
  • Your knowledge and enthusiasm, of both our customers and financial products, will enable you to build long lasting and effective relationships and consistently create a positive customer experience
  • Managing a personal portfolio of customers, you’ll pro-actively manage their financial needs, identifying opportunities to add value.  From being their first point of contact to assisting them through life events, to acting upon feedback received from them.
  • You’ll be structured, accurate and organized, whether this is when following necessary processes to complete customer transactions or managing your own self-generated appointments
  • Yourself and the rest of the branch team, will together, be the face of the Bank. You’ll participate and contribute in daily huddles and work together to ensure your actions and environment represents the right image.
