Marketing Performance & Planning Manager                       

Salary: Up to £50,000

Full time - 35 hours

Remote working / Option to work in Manchester office

We are excited to announce a brand new opportunity for a Marketing Performance & Planning Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a lead role in the development and implementation of our marketing strategy plans and take ownership of monthly marketing planning and performance routines.

 

What will this role involve?  

*       Lead on the development and implementation of marketing performance reporting

*       Utilise a variety of data sources to build a robust performance reporting solution

*       Assess overall marketing plan performance against KPI’s and agree actions to improve plan performance

*       Use marketing performance insights to inform the creation of annual marking plan and strategy, and any subsequent adjustments to the plan.

*       Support the allocation and ongoing review of marketing budgets

*       Create a robust engagement process with marketing, product and channel teams in order to align plans and performance, building positive relationships with peers and stakeholders

*       Support a customer centric culture which inspires and motivates colleagues

*       Represent the marketing planning team at all relevant forums internally to ensure the interests of the marketing function and The Co-operative Bank are effectively represented

*       Keep up to date with new developments, maintaining knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements, whilst supporting and promoting compliance with those requirements and RCSA controls

 
 

What skills do I need?

*       Experience in developing and implementing marketing performance approach 

*       Experience of extracting data from different sources and delivering data analysis 

*       Strong stakeholder management

*       Attention to detail with ability to complete tasks through to the last detail, continually checking for accuracy and completion

*       Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate detailed / complex, technical information in a systematic way drawing logical conclusions from data

*       Excellent communications / influencing skills evidenced through a number of techniques
