In-House Talent Resourcer (Contact Centre Recruitment) 

Permanent 

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Remote working- with opportunity to work from our Manchester City Centre offices as desired.

Monday – Friday

35 hours flexible working

 

Are you a strong delivery focused Recruitment Resourcer thinking of a move into an in-house role or have proven experience in delivering high volume campaigns? We have an exciting opportunity to join our internal Talent Acquisition team for roles within our Volume & Contact Centre . Our specialist team works with high volumes of vacancies across the bank. You will work to support the Lead/Recruitment Business Partners in the delivery of talent into Customer facing areas including our highly successful Contact Centre Teams & award winning Branch Network. We are looking for a resourcer that has experience  of working in a fast paced recruitment delivery environment and the ability to drive excellent candidate outcomes. What will this role involve?

 

*       Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure a clear understanding of each role and requirements

*       Proactively sourcing candidates through using a range of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn,Facebook,databases and job boards

*       CV screening, telephone interviewing and shortlisting candidates in line with agreed vacancy requirements

*       Accountable for maintaining accurate records within the ATS system

*       Prioritising workload to meet business need

*       Supports in delivering an exceptional on boarding experience that puts the candidate at the heart of the recruitment journey

*       For volume hiring, being responsible for the recruitment process for external candidates, acting as the face of the Bank, including                          attendance and feedback at the assessment centres.

*       Supports with recruitment and networking events both internal and external to promote the brand and build a strong reputation as an                    employer of choice in the North West

What will you need?

 

*       Proven experience of resourcing candidates utilising a range of methods such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media in a fast-paced environment.

*       A positive outlook with the ability to problem solve and achieve successful outcomes in a timely manner

*       Ability to quickly build a rapport with highly skilled candidates

*       Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks

*       Must be highly motivated and able to work autonomously with minimum supervision

*       A real passion for people, values and ethics, with a strong desire to deliver the right people into our business.
