We promote a hybrid working environment, which means you will work at our office in Manchester occasionally and then remotely from home. To enable you to work from home, you will need have a suitable office set up which includes a desk and a chair in a location which is free from the interruptions of day-to-day life.

 

The role:

 

We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to drive the successful delivery of programme releases from planning through to warranty exit.

 

In this role you will:

 

*       Lead detailed implementation planning, including runbooks and communication plans

*       Coordinate resources across internal team and third parties

*       Ensure governance compliance (SMAX, CDR, CAB) and secure all required approvals

*       Oversee go-live activities, live proving and warranty support including incident resolution

*       Embed lessons learned to continually improve future releases

 

You’ll be a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, able to manage complex change, communicate effectively with stakeholders and keep teams focused during high-pressure delivery windows. Flexibility for out of hours work is required to suit the needs of the project.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Significant experience of planning and leading major implementations, with proven ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement – quickly and effectively able to establish key relationships with the ability to bridge between service, technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Real-time problem solving – critical thinker with the ability to have clarity of thought in pressured situations
  • Able to integrate quickly and effectively within an established programme team
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
