The Co-operative Bank is looking for an experienced and dedicated marketing manager to join our inclusive and collaborative team. As Head of Marketing, you will direct the strategic decision-making of the Board and Executive.

 

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Lead in the strategy development and delivery of compelling marketing to market and directly to customers to support the Bank’s strategic objectives
  • Support the CCO in the development of the customer elements of the Bank strategy to drive commercial performance and deliver best customer outcomes
  • Lead an ‘always on’ test, learn, and improve culture approach through continuous improvement of targeting, automated and intuitive customer journeys, taking an omni-channel approach and optimising our technical and expertise capabilities to acquire
  • Improve customer experience; avoid customer harm; and drive customer retention.

 

To apply for this Head of Marketing role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

 

  • Significant marketing experience within Financial Services
  • Strong experience leading diverse teams that have included: CRM; digital channels; regulatory communications branch network; internal and engagement communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Experience in a multi-channel translation of product and promotion into relevant stories for customers
  • Experience providing efficient and effective demand generation marketing strategies and tactics to drive revenue to support the bank’s scorecard and growth strategy
