Thank you for your interest in The Co-operative Bank and our Graduate Programmes.
We’d like to invite you to pre-register your interest in our 2024 Graduate Programmes. The exact 2024 graduate programme details will be confirmed in the coming months, but our previous programmes have included Finance, Technology, Digital, Banking Leadership and many more.
When registering your interest, we'll capture information such as what course you're studying currently and what area of the bank you're interested in. However, we appreciate that you may not know what roles you're interested in yet, and you'll have the chance to review our programmes once the details are released and see which area you'd prefer.
Preregistration takes just a few minutes, and we will require you to complete a short registration form and upload your CV. We will then be in touch as soon as we launch our 2024 programme applications.
To be eligible for our Graduate Programmes, you must:
- Be on course for, or have achieved a 2:1 or above in any discipline, or a 2:2 degree with a Masters
- Hold 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths and English at grade C (level 4) or above
- Have eligibility to work in the UK
- Be able to attend our onsite assessment centres at our head office in Manchester
