Digital Performance Lead

The role:

 

As our Digital Performance Lead, you will provide vision and direction of digital analytics, creating solutions that meet the needs of Business stakeholders to support delivery of the Bank Digital strategy. Ensuring the business has the latest view of all minor and large scale changes that will affect the commercial performance. This will include working closely with the Journey Managers and Product Owners to define value/business case to drive change priority across the Digital Estate.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

*        To effectively lead people creating a high performance culture which includes a strong focus on delivering continuous improvement and efficiencies whilst managing risk.

*        To operate as the key escalation point for performance challenges ensuring that senior business stakeholders are kept up to date and that the Digital team and heads of get the right level of support.

*        Lead Gap analysis on the challenges to the Commercial plan with a focus on improving the outlook through identifying and tracking targeted activities in Digital.

*        Revision of sales forecasts based on latest trends & activity plans across Retail and SME.

*        Analyse on the day performance, identify route cause issues and ensure the Incident Management Process is followed.

*        Support Bank-wide formal strategic plan re-forecasts in line with business needs

*        Lead the delivery of annual commercial plan within the overarching strategy, ensuring all elements of the scorecards are achieved, all Digital activity is aligned to Strategic Plan and the right level of MI and insight is provided.

*        To embed the risk management framework ensuring all colleagues understand and deliver their risk management responsibilities, risk within Digital.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

 

*       Strategic thinker with a proven ability to shape the current and future state.

*       Strong understanding of bank strategy, objectives and key outcomes.

*       Strong experience in the production and implementation of plans.

*       High level of commercial acumen and ability to prioritise multiple complex disciplines.

*       Proven experience of Strategic influencing.

*       Highly numerate and articulate.

*       Knowledge and understanding of the relevant UK regulatory environment and conduct risk requirements.

*       Ability to drive results through remote/matrix teams.

*       Excellent organisational skills.

*       Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.

*       Proven stakeholder engagement skills.
