Hours: 35 hours between 8am – 6pm (Working weekends as required)

The Hiring Managers for this vacancy are Catherine Whelan and Nicola Harrison
Role Purpose:
To influence and support the development of colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge required to be competent in role. You will do this by delivering new starter and upskill training to frontline colleagues.
You will work flexibly across business areas and locations to meet specific learning demand.
Key Accountabilities:
* Supporting the contact centre taking calls as required to support the customer experience.
* Deliver coaching to new colleagues to ensure they have the capability to provide a good customer experience, in line with the academy model.
* Develop and provide feedback on individual performance and use this to support the coaching activity of line managers.
* Maintain coaching documentation to ensure information held is accurate and compliant with all standards and regulations.
* Design and update relevant coaching materials to enable the delivery of effective sessions.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of coaching methods and best practises identifying gaps in current coaching provision.
* Maintain own knowledge of Banks products and policies at delivery level and support the identification, development and implementation of improvements.
* Maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role & Support and promote compliance with those requirements within the role and the business.

* Excellent communication and inter personal skills.

* Track record of improving performance through coaching.

* Ability to manage time effectively and take ownership of own workload.
* Excellent planning and organisation skills.
* Flexible and agile to meet changing customer and business demands.
* Maintains knowledge, supports and promotes the compliance with regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role- specifically CONC & FCA standards.
