Customer Service Advocate

£18.2k- £22,285 (Depending upon Experience & working hours)

Skelmersdale Office based

Rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday shift pattern 8am – 8pm (currently to 6pm)

About the role:

You will get to work as part of our strong front line team, mastering our banking systems and solving customer problems (don’t worry, our training academy will turn you into customer service specialists!)
