The Co-operative Bank is recruiting a CRM Campaign Management and Branch Lead, and the remote role comes with an attractive an excellent salary and benefits package.

 

As a CRM Campaign Management and Branch Lead, you will direct the planning and delivery of the CRM and branch network marketing strategies and activities in alignment with the Bank’s scorecard metrics. You will also direct the design, develop and deliver effective and efficient marketing strategies.

 

To give you an idea of how this CRM manager role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Lead in the creation of best-in-class customer marketing and engagement marketing strategy and plan
  • Ensure all CRM activity adheres to Brand Guidelines
  • Ensure a customer-first culture across all customer CRM strategies and communications
  • Own, lead and develop the branch network marketing activity in adherence to business plan
  • Lead in defining key metrics aligned to the scorecard, ensuring all activity is measurable.

  • Significant marketing and line management experience
  • Experience in developing customer communications strategy
  • Expertise in Point of Sale
