PURPOSE:
To support the Recoveries Analysts with management of SME Recoveries Cases and the maintenance of internal administrative functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and voluntary codes of conduct and standards. Additionally to assist in maximising the recovery of bad debt in a timely and cost effective manner, mindful of the Bank’s ethical policy and conduct responsibilities.
Tasks will include :
On-boarding New Recoveries Cases
Completing Regular Daily/Weekly/Monthly Administrative Returns (Monies Recovered / Suspense Reconciliation / CAIS)
Bounce Back Loan Claims Reconciliation
Bounce Back Loans Post Claim Recoveries Reconciliation
Registering Proof of Debt Forms and Replying to Insolvency Correspondence.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:
* Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel / Word)
* Knowledge of Personal Banker
* Knowledge of EG
* Good systems and process knowledge of SME products
* Excellent knowledge of internal processes and procedures
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (Detail the experience that is necessary to enable the incumbent to perform the role competently and effectively.)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Reliable and ethical, respecting customers’ confidentiality
* Able to plan and organise resources and activities effectively. Multi task and prioritise
* Good verbal and written skills

* Experience of working to an SLA
* Knows the boundaries of the job and how to escalate to more senior levels
* Good understanding of quality standards required for the job in hand
* Good working knowledge of SME Banking
