As our System Analyst

 

You will have the opportunity to understand how a wide variety of systems process financial transactions with the initial project and this will lead to becoming an expert and working on enhancing in the future. The will be highly investigative and analytical.

 

Your role will be to delivering on Technical process mapping activity, user case designs and data mapping to support an analysis project. You will work closely with architects/developers to ensure projects deliver documentation in timely manner. This role will involve strong stakeholder engagement and an ability to extract information from business users and developers.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with both business and project stakeholders to help them to understand how to control financial reporting. There will be opportunities to work on other types of work/projects in the future that will develop requirements that feed into Solution designs.

What will you need?

 

*       Excellent knowledge of Data Mapping and System Integration

*       Experience working within an IT function, with knowledge of both application development or infrastructure delivery.

*       Experience in Financial Reporting systems and Mainframe/COBOL applications would be an advantage.

*       Experience performing System Analyst role within a project environment

*       Experienced in leading the capture and the documentation of functional & non-functional Requirements for a technical solution.

*       Leading the analysis and the documentation of system and data configuration within a technical solution.

*       A good understanding of API

*       An understanding of formal project delivery methodologies (eg Prince 2).

*       Experience of working on Regulatory projects, in particular Sarbanes Oxley, would be an advantage

*       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at levels up to and including Function Leader level.

*       Ability to work as a key member of a team and also independently where required.

*       The ability to continually develop innovative solutions to the System Analyst deliverables.

*       Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle
