Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Permanent Opportunities

Salaries up to £45,000 for BA, up to £56,000 for senior

Remote working

The Co-operative Bank are longstanding advocates of hybrid and flexible working. During the pandemic our colleagues are working from home fully supported by our bank. As we look to the future, we will continue to offer remote working with the opportunity to spend up 1-2 days in the office per week.

Who we are

Formed in 1872 in Victorian Rochdale, our bank was built on co-operative values that still stand today. A lot has happened in 150 years, and we’ve been there through it all. Not just helping people with their money, but helping people fight for justice and the causes they care about. We are the only UK high street bank with a customer-led Ethical Policy; one of the main reasons our customers choose to bank with us.

As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead on new innovative projects, focusing on the transformation of our digital channels within either Business Banking platforms (mobile, online banking, digital servicing) or our Payment/Treasury Systems within Retail Banking.

Your role will be to ensure that project implementation is guided by a shrewd and effective interpretation of what the business wants. Assess the implications of a given change, offer workable solutions and lead the engagement of a wide stakeholder population. There will also be the opportunity to coach/train other BA’s in the Senior and Lead roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with both business and project stakeholders to help them to understand the business requirements and regulatory needs.
