    Achieved the Living Wage Accreditation - demonstrating our expanded Ethical Policy in action.

    Rated as one of the best brands for customer service, according to a Which? survey.

  • Best Branch Customer Service

    We were the winner of ‘Best in Branch Customer Service’ category and placed 3rd overall in the ‘Best Current Account Provider’ category in the uSwitch.com Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013.

  • Customer Satisfaction Index

    We also scored 87% for customer satisfaction in the UKCSI (UK Customer Satisfaction Index), which is the national measure of customer satisfaction.

  • Most Trusted Current Account Provider for Branches

    In 2013, we were proud to win the award for ‘Most Trusted Current Account Provider for Branches’ (and get shortlisted for ‘Trusted Credit Card Provider’) at the Moneywise Customer Service Awards. Moneywise gathered feedback from over 20,000 customers through their 2013 Customer Opinion Survey.

  • Customer Moneyfacts Online Banking Provider of the Year

    The Co-operative Bank was named as 2013 'Customer Moneyfacts Online Banking Provider of the Year'. The award is based on a combination of technically superior products and customer feedback in the Moneyfacts independent annual survey.

    By clearly demonstrating a continuing commitment to delivering the best online banking services for our customers, we were the chosen winner of the category. Our online security was also highlighted for particular praise.
