The role:

 

We are looking for a driven Marketing Campaign Manager to support the planning and delivery of our SME (Business Banking) CRM prospect lead generation, customer retention and reactivation campaign activity for business banking. Within this role you will be focusing on our CRM platform (Acoustic) and working on an exciting new project to bring in Salesforce to elevate our capabilities. You will be responsible for customer communications, using data and insight to drive marketing campaign activity. You will work closely with agency partners to deliver on our marketing strategy to support our commercial scorecard and customer objectives. Key Accountabilities:

Supports the production and delivery of integrated customer campaign activity for SME existing and new customers through a wide range of marketing channels including; (emails, newsletters, SMS, direct mail, content and collateral) as required and to support the SME commercial plans.

Execute and deliver campaign activity utilising the following CRM platforms; Acoustic, Dot Digital, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to drive efficiencies, digitisation and personalisation of key customer journeys aligned to the product and digital transformation and roadmaps.

Responsible for the day to day management and delivery of campaign creative, HTML email build, developing audience and data selection segments and ensuring all activity is delivered on time, according to brief while gathering information and data to report on the effectiveness of marketing activity.

Support with the delivery of new event and triggered based email communications to existing and new customers utilising Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to deliver efficient and customer led automated communications to cross sell additional products, whilst supporting with the delivery of communications to reactivate and retain existing SME customers.

Write and manage digital briefs for website or content required to support digital customer communications.

Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders across SME Product Team, Digital, Analytics, Compliance, Operations and Relationship Managers as well as external agencies where appropriate.

Tracking of campaign budget including raising and tracking POs, open orders, reporting any variances to SME Senior Marketing Manager.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

 

*       Strong experience in marketing campaign management roles, preferably in Financial Services or retail environment

*       Experience of Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms or appetite to train on the job to initiate and drive change.

*       Knowledge of critical category value drivers

*       Proven track record and ability to manage stakeholder in relation to activity

*       Excellent communications skills evidenced through a number of techniques.

*       Sound knowledge of appropriate legal and regulatory framework

*       Educated to degree or Marketing diploma level

*       Experience in working with Marketing external agencies
