We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful, innovative Talent Acquisition team here in the heart of Manchester. This is a fast paced, challenging financial services environment where our candidates and hiring managers are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead our delivery of quality candidates into our Contact Centre population. The purpose of the role will be to manage our valuable stakeholder relationships and ensure fulfilment. 

 

You will need to have experience as a Business Partner or Relationship Manager within an in-house or onsite RPO role and have the drive and determination to succeed in a challenging environment. This role is highly rewarding, with the opportunity for exposure in a high profile area, you will have the support of our strong delivery team at your disposal who will support you every step of the way to ensure our continued success. This role will focus around our volume recruitment but will also involve oversight of other key recruitment activity within the bank.

 

What will this role involve?

 

*       Works with business areas to provide a consultative approach to resourcing, managing the acquisition process end to end, from vacancy requisition to offer acceptance to ensure the best possible talent is acquired for the bank.

*       Strong focus on direct hire and works to specific performance targets across all major KPl's (cost, direct hire, time to offer).

*       Ensures that attraction and sourcing strategies are fit for purpose and supporting a strong direct hire model. Uses resourcing platforms and technology effectively, with a strong understanding of routes to market, digital content, social media and attraction tools and techniques.

*       Ensures the assessment process is fit for purpose and deployed during the acquisition process. Provides hiring manager guidance throughout the assessment process.

*       Responsibility for creating an exceptional recruitment and on-boarding experience that puts the candidate at the heart of the process and is representative of the employee value proposition.

 

What will you need?

 

*       Proven experience in direct sourcing, either within an in-house team, a recruitment agency, or as part of a Recruitment Process Outsource.

*       Experience of acquisition in either financial services, digital or volume service centre hiring.

*       Ability to work with business leaders to influence and shape decision making.

*       Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, attraction, assessment, candidate engagement, and resourcing technology.

*       Proven understanding of on-boarding technology, social media platforms, employment screening technology and other related people technology.

*       Strong commercial awareness, ensuring delivery is to time and budget.

*       Understanding and a strong interest in inclusion and diversity strategies, emerging resourcing and people strategies and employment trends.

*       Passionate about delivering a best in class service.
