Graduate Application Process
How to apply
The whole process begins with you uploading your CV and filling out our online graduate application form. This form will include some questions about your key skills, what motivates you, commercial awareness and an assessment of your cultural fit. If we feel that you’d be a great fit with us, you’ll be invited to complete an online psychometric assessment. It shouldn’t take too long to fill out, and if you’re successful, we’ll be in touch to arrange a phone interview with you.
The phone interview
Our phone interviews usually last around 40 minutes, and we’ll ask you questions about your skills, motivations and experience. Rest assured, we’ll send you everything you need to prepare for it well in advance.
If you pass this stage, you’ll be invited to attend an assessment event for one of our Graduate Programmes in either our Manchester or London office.
The assessment day
You’ll join us for a full day assessment, where we’ll put your presentation and teamwork skills to the test. There’ll also be an interview about the unique skills you’ll bring to the role too. Of course, it’s a two-way process so you’ll get every chance to talk to other Graduates, Placement Managers and have the opportunity to do some networking too!
The final stage
If you meet our criteria at the assessment day, you’ll be invited to a final stage interview with a senior leader from your business area who will explore your motivations and cultural fit. Continuing our two-way process, you’ll get plenty of chances to ask any final questions to help you decide if our Graduate Scheme is right for you.
If you progress past this final stage, you’ll get a conditional verbal offer to join our Graduate Scheme.
We don’t just hire anyone for our Graduate Programmes! We make sure we pick the perfect people for each role – and hopefully you’ll be one of them. Subject to pre-employment screening checks, you’ll also receive a written offer and start date for October.Search Roles & Apply
