Doing the right thing for our customers is top of the agenda for every area of our Bank. But in our Chief Administration Office, you’ll get to do that in a more strategic way than most. Essentially, this is where we define our customer promise, make the big strategic decisions and articulate our plans for the rest of the Bank to put into action. It’s a huge opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table and make a real name for yourself within our business.

With a mix of customer-facing and more strategic roles, across Anti-money Laundering (AML) Business Processing, Commercial Payments and Transformation there’s enormous scope to influence the way our Bank is run – both on a day-to-day basis and longer term.

Transformation is everywhere at The Co‑operative Bank. So it’s fair to say this is a constantly developing area. For you, that means every opportunity to shape your role as you help to manage the end-to-end experience for our corporate and personal banking customers. With some massive projects in the pipeline, you’ll help take us to where we want to be, and we’ll do the same for you.
