Project Management and Change Leadership Programme

Supporting all areas of the Bank, we play a vital role in facilitating the massive transformation programme we’re going through. And as a graduate, you’ll be at the very heart of it all.

We work with business teams across the business to drive, scope, analyse, cost, implement, monitor, manage and validate change while making sure we don’t compromise our ethics or values in the process. That means all kinds of career paths and opportunities will open up to you. There’ll be plenty of variety and scope to make an impact as you drive your own development and grow your skills and knowledge across lots of different areas.

Project & Change Management

Everything you do will prepare you for a leadership role in project and change management. Our rotational placements will get you up to speed with the technical aspects of scoping, documenting and implementing projects, as well as supporting you to engage, challenge and negotiate with stakeholders. You’ll learn about business analysis, solution development, requirements management, project management methodologies, information management and relationship building. What’s more, you’ll be responsible for helping to shape the future shape of our Bank.

Fantastic support

Thanks to your mentor and wide support network available, you’ll quickly develop your personal, technical and leadership skills. Tailored to you and your ambitions, your personal development plan will also help you gain a professional qualification such as PRINCE2.

Are you made of the right stuff?

Someone who will grab every opportunity with both hands and not shy away from a challenge, you should be a fast learner and comfortable working with quantitative data. Able to voice your opinions, challenge others and approach solutions with an open mind, you should also be innovative and commercially focused with good planning and interpersonal skills.

The kind of person who always sees things through and wants to take on more and more responsibility, you’ll also need an analytical brain and the ability to see the ‘big picture’ while not losing sight of the details that matter.
