Product & Marketing Leadership Programme

Our rotational placements across both Product and Marketing teams will give you the inside track on the inner workings of an ethical bank. Developing your creative, technical and commercial skills, you’ll explore how we design our products, help to deliver them to our customers and get the chance to be creative as you develop high profile marketing campaigns.


After three years, you’ll have fine-tuned the skills you need to take on a leadership role in marketing or product development.

Your placements

Placements will vary depending on what our business needs, but could include:

  • Supporting our Marketing Strategy & Planning team to deliver marketing planning processes and initiatives
  • Supporting Product technical colleagues to develop product policies – gaining exposure to product regulations, compliance and risk reporting in the process
  • Working with communication tools, brand guidelines and creative agencies to support best-in-class marketing communications
  • Sharpening your commercial acumen to support Business Managers with product changes that will increase their appeal

We’ll also make sure you have a real say in your final placement, when you’ll be given even more leadership opportunities and responsibility.

Technical training, hands-on experience and all kinds of learning will also come together to make sure you’re the complete package to gain CIM accreditation.
