Are you made of the right stuff?
Someone who will grab every opportunity with both hands, you should be a fast learner and as driven as we are. Not afraid to run with ideas that could transform the world of banking, you should also be innovative and commercially focused with a good head for figures. The kind of person who always sees things through and wants to take on more and more responsibility, you should have an analytical brain and be a great communicator and problem solver.
I’ve really enjoyed the accelerated learning process the graduate scheme at the Bank provides you with. I have been given more responsibility and opportunities than I anticipated I would have received at this stage of my career, which reflects how much the Bank values the scheme.
Mathew O’Connor, Finance Leadership Programme
The Finance Leadership graduate programme equipped me with the skills and knowledge to be able to flourish in the early stages of my career. I was supported, encouraged and motivated, which enabled me to secure the role as Regulatory Reporting Specialist within Financial Regulatory Reporting towards the end of my scheme.
