Are you made of the right stuff?
Someone who will grab every opportunity with both hands, you should be a fast learner and as driven as we are. Not afraid to run with ideas that could transform the world of banking, you should also be innovative and commercially focused with a good head for figures.
The kind of person who always sees things through and wants to take on more and more responsibility, you should have an analytical brain and be a great communicator and problem solver.
I’ve enjoyed working on a number of projects that have helped me develop my practical knowledge and understanding of the financial mechanisms that drive a bank. I’ve really liked the fact that people have taken me seriously from the start and I’ve been able to make some big strides in developing my skills.
