Digital Leadership Programme
Digital is at the heart of our commercial operations and customer experience. Through a series of placements, you’ll get to know the ins and outs of a digital, ethical bank. You’ll learn how to manage and optimise retail sales at a digital business. You’ll see how digital supports our broader activities. You’ll also get first-hand experience of:

There’s much more to our Digital Leadership Programme than experiencing many different aspects of digital. Your personal development plan will blend technical, professional and personal training to provide you with the all-round skills you’ll need to be a future digital leader.
Your mentor will always be on hand to talk to. And you’ll also gain formal accreditation with The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
