Here at The Co-operative Bank we're committed to doing the right thing and building the digital, ethical bank of the future. That makes each day with us challenging, versatile and rewarding. As one of our graduates you’ll be at the heart of it all.
With leadership programmes across banking, finance, digital, IT and change, risk and internal audit, whatever your interest, if you share our values and have the talent and initiative to drive forward our business, we may have a great opportunity for you. You’ll learn at pace and gain exposure to senior leaders and a variety of projects and teams, giving you everything you need to be a future leader at our bank; all whilst working towards a professional qualification.
Lauren Gorton, Digital Graduate, proudly explains how The Bank's social scene and close-knit community allowed her to develop a support network for colleagues.......
There’s much more to our graduate programmes than on-the-job experience. We’ll give you all of the support we can to drive your career and develop you as a person, challenging you to become an expert in your chosen field. We’ll assign you a mentor and work with you on a personal development plan to draw together every aspect of your learning, from technical training to leadership skills.
