As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be one of the true experts in our Contact Centre. Understanding exactly what our customers need, everything you do will be about making a difference to them, and enhancing their experience of The Co‑operative Bank – whether they’re an existing or new mortgage customer. As passionate about customer service as we are, you’ll use your mortgage expertise to make suggestions and offer the expert advice that keeps customers’ interests at heart. By going the extra mile at every stage of the mortgage process, you’ll get to know your customers inside and out – which is just part of what distinguishes us from the rest.
Bang up to date on the latest market trends, self-driven and with a strong work ethic, you’ll ideally have a CeMAP qualification. And for some roles, we’ll even provide training to build up your knowledge. But whatever your role, you’ll work in a supportive environment, surrounded by colleagues who help each other. Happy to follow rules and processes, and experienced when it comes to customer service, you’ll put customers first – every time.
