As a Customer Advisor with The Co‑operative Bank, you’ll use your communication skills to listen to customers, your knowledge to pinpoint the best course of action for them and your natural way with people to explain it all clearly. Of course, we’ll train you on all you need to know about our products, services and ethical approach to banking. But you will need a willingness to soak it all up, a desire to make a difference and the energy needed to keep up with a big, supportive customer service team.
Our Customer Advisors play a big part in delivering our day-to-day banking services. It’s their job to take all kinds of calls from all kinds of customers about their various banking needs. Whether transferring money, promoting products or resolving problems, you’ll need to pull out all the stops to be there for our customers. Which means you’ll know just what it takes to provide a first-class service on every call – ideally gained in a similar customer service contact centre role.
