From customer relationship reviews, generating leads and creating development plans, to maintaining operational requirements and managing branch activities against a scorecard, yours will be a pivotal role in the branch. You’ll need to share our values and ethics, as you lead your colleagues to inspire customers to bank with us, stay with us and recommend us to others.
To join us as a Team Leader, we’ll expect you to have in-depth knowledge of ongoing industry developments within the banking and financial services sectors – and, naturally, the communication and presentation skills to bring your team up to speed.
