As a Personal Banker, you’ll enjoy really getting to know your customers – face-to-face or over the phone. Identifying services or solutions to meet their every need, you’ll make sure every banking customer feels comfortable and confident in your financial knowledge and ability to make their money work harder for them. They love nothing more than getting under the skin of their customers’ needs – and then meeting them with expert advice, guidance and product knowledge. A good problem solver with strong analytical skills, you’ll also need to be a fast learner who can quickly gain a deep understanding of our products in order to recommend the perfect solution. Enjoying the autonomy to generate appointments and manage your own diary, you’ll be happy to support and guide less experienced colleagues – as you develop your own skills and career too.
