As one of the true experts in our branch network, you’ll take the time to understand exactly what our mortgage customers need, make suggestions and offer expert advice that keeps their interests at heart. Going the extra mile at every stage, you’ll really get to know your customers so you’re in the best possible place to help them to secure their own perfect place, too. Ideally, you’ll have a CeMAP qualification – and for some roles, we’ll provide training too for you to develop your knowledge. Highly motivated with customer service experience, you’ll also be happy to follow processes, up to date on market trends, able to manage your own diary and committed to putting customers first in everything you do.
