As a Branch Manager, plenty of ambition and retail banking experience will be essential, as you drive the success of a busy branch – big or small. Building community and business links will be key too, as you attract, engage and deepen relationships with existing and new customers. Plus of course, your role as Branch Manager will also involve measuring branch performance, identifying trends, developing branch activity plans, controlling budgets and recommending better ways of working. Resolving queries for high value customers, introducing branch changes and developing your team to deliver outstanding results, you’ll be one of the biggest reasons our customers recommend us to others.
