Everywhere you look – we’re changing and transforming our business. Big thinkers with big ambitions we’re investing in new tech and a huge portfolio of projects. This isn’t about programming or the nitty gritty. Working with 3rd party suppliers and a variety of internal customers, we’re scoping, driving and implementing the IT and change projects that will shape the ethical bank of the future.
Technology & Transformation Leadership Programme
Join our small intake of graduates and you’ll benefit from a breadth of rotations giving you a complete view of technology and transformation. You could go on to become a leader in Security, Architecture or Service Management. You could hone your skills as a Business Analyst or Project Manager. Or you could become a Digital Technology specialist, driving our IT strategy.
In the thick of the action, you’ll add value from day one as you get involved with different teams and projects across all areas of IT and change management. You’ll learn how we deliver, manage and govern large-scale projects. And you’ll see first hand how we run and secure our IT estate.
There’s much more to this programme than on-the-job experience. We’ll develop your leadership skills. We’ll fill your mind with the latest retail banking tech trends. You’ll also be supported by a mentor and some of the finest minds in the industry.
Your personal development plan will make sure you learn something new every day as you study towards formal Project Management or ISEB qualifications. Here, you’ll have everything you need to drive your career forward. So, you’ll be ready for the many doors that will open up to you in IT and change management. Future leader or technical subject matter expert? Whatever excites you the most.
Are you made of the right stuff?
The pace is fast. You’ll have to think on your feet. You must be a highly motivated graduate with bags of potential and a real passion for change and technology. An analytical thinker with a good head for figures, you never want to stand still. You’ll want to keep on developing your skills, enjoying new experiences and making things even better.
The great experience I had at the assessment centre was one of the main reasons I joined. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and open, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
