Things here can be fast-paced, customers each have different needs and you’ll need to know just where to direct them. But get it right and it’s truly rewarding too – just knowing that you’ve made all the difference to them. As the first person they see when they come in branch, you’ll listen to their needs and quickly gain the knowledge you need to direct them to the right person.
The role of a Host is a vital and varied one. So, you’ll also take responsibility for the ATM and confidently promote our different channels whilst quickly building relationships with a wide range of customers.
